Jen's Zumba on Zoom has become a weekly highlight for me. It's fun, a good workout and a chance to be silly without anyone watching! It's so helpful to be able to do this class ahead of a busy working day and dance away some of my worries. I would recommend you give it a try!

A few years ago I would never have committed to regular Pilates sessions, or even considered the benefits they bring. Regular running and cycling for a middle aged male takes it toll on the body, and Jen has shown how effective Pilates can be for improved balance, avoiding injuries through better flexibility, and general well-being. The flexibility provided by Zoom has ensured that there are no excuses, bringing together a regular group who all share similar goals…. and groans!
